Slow Flow Yoga... finding the rhythm and pace of YOUR flow.
In Slow Flow Yoga how you feel is the most important thing. The aim is to build strength, increase flexibility, calm the mind and soothe the spirit; to develop a personal practice that belongs to you and feels good for you. Classes are very relaxed and welcoming.
The Slow Flow magic really starts to happen when breath, movement and the core supporting muscles of the body are gently synchronised. We practise in flowing sequences of connected poses ( asana ) which are easy to follow.
Most of all I want you to really enjoy your practice and leave a group class or private session feeling well-stretched, relaxed, refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
